As you are aware, NASSCOM HR SIG, Northern Region is doing a series of 6 workshops under the auspices “Re-boot & Refresh.” The first one (a half-day workshop) was on “Rebranding Yourself At The Workplace” held on 4th Sep at IHC and was a runaway success which saw close to 75 participants. The executive coach and facilitator for this session was Mr Sanjay Mitra, Member, National Training Labs, USA who brings in more than two decades of corporate experience. Click here
This power series attempts to address the changing capability and adaptability needs of middle managers of the organisations. These future leaders who have been the pillars in their respective organisation for many years and they are the ones, who play pivotal role in implementing strategy in their organisations. Therefore, a pertinent issue is to understand how organisations are empowering and enabling their managers to meet strategy changes that technology and social behaviour now dictates? These workshops are accordingly designed to ensure these future leaders can absorb and reflect on what they need to do to deliver the value to their organisations in these changing times and stay relevant & stay ahead of the curve…..
The second workshop in the series and to be conducted yet again by Sanjay Mitra, is on 21st October at IHC ( 9 AM – 2 PM) on 'Leading with Emotional Intelligence - how to positively influence your principal stakeholders where you do not have any authority over them' .This session is a natural extension from the first (Re-branding yourself at the workplace) and addresses EI but with a specific objective. With dotted line reporting, 360 degree feedback and many such loops getting institutionalised, managing both internal and external stakeholder is crucial to one’s career growth path. This session aims to address these issues and take the participant through real-life situations that is often experienced.
I am writing to invite you / nominate a colleague(s) for this session.
